If you are considering switching careers to real estate there are a few things you will want to know ahead of time:

It’s Perfectly Okay to Not Have a Background in Real Estate

With Real Estate Elevated, the material and coaches are planned in such a way that anyone can understand, regardless of experience. The experts here at Real Estate Elevated will guide you and be with you every step of the way to answer questions.

Figure Out Your Why
Pinpoint what your motivation for getting into real estate is. If you are thinking it is going to be an easy way to make big bucks, turn back now. The real estate business is extremely fast paced and you will need to be able to adapt to change quickly in this industry. It will take a good amount of research for your surrounding area and hard work on your part.

Consider The Career Transition

There is no guarantee of a specific time frame when you will make your first commission. If you are first getting your foot in the door, it would be wise to gradually transition into real estate full time as a career. The nice thing about real estate is that it is something that can be started on the side. As you gain success and figure out what works for you, you can dedicate more time to it as the need arises.

It’s Going to Lots of Time and Hard Work

In real estate or flipping houses, you get out of it what you put into it. The harder you work, generally the more successful you can potentially become. It is going to take some time as you become familiar with the industry and tools to help you be effective. Here at Real Estate Elevated we have coaches that can help you along the way as you are figuring things out. You can learn from someone who has already been in the industry for years and learn from their experience. But these tools are only as useful as the person using them, so be ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work. Only you can decide how successful you want to be by the amount of time and work you put into your real estate career.

Real Estate Elevated Reviews Working With Habitat For Humanity

Real Estate Elevated is very involved with the community. Most recently, Real Estate Elevated worked with the Habitat for Humanity in Houston, Texas. Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit organization that dedicates its time to serving families who need shelter. They seek out families who have homes that are in desperate need of repair, but due to certain circumstances, the family is unable to fix their home. Many of these homes have been destroyed by natural disasters, or are simply getting too old. Habitat for Humanity steps in and empowers these people to take control of their lives and focus their energy on what matters most.

Because Real Estate Elevated has an expertise in remodeling houses, Real Estate Elevated donated $150,000 to Habitat for Humanity. With this money, Habitat for Humanity will be able to repair the homes of three families in Houston, Texas.

Some of these homes were badly damaged from floods and hurricanes in the Houston area. In regards to this project, Real Estate Elevated co-founder and reality star Christina El Moussa said, “A home serves such a special place in the hearts of its residents. Helping to rebuild such a vital part of someone’s livelihood is both a rewarding and special experience.”

Melba Routt is one of the people whose home was repaired with the help of Real Estate Elevated and Habitat for Humanity. Melba is an 86 year-old woman who has seen five generations live in her house. Because of the many floods in Houston, Melba’s home had been badly damaged. Due to Melba’s situation, she could not afford to give her house the repairs it needed. Real Estate Elevated and Habitat for Humanity was able to provide Melba’s home with a new roof, drywall, paint floors and a fence. “Real Estate Elevated’s help means that I will have a wonderful and safe home to enjoy. It means I can smile again in my home,” Melba said. “Their help means people do care about others, perfect strangers, no matter their color or income. Their help means everything to me. I am extremely grateful and thankful.”

Who Are Tarek and Christina?

With cable TV, there are thousands of shows on thousands of channels. It can be hard to comb through everything and find something worthwhile. Standing above the crowd are two people named Tarek and Christina. These two have risen above the ranks and created a cable TV empire. For those of you who don’t watch a lot of TV, Tarek and Christina star in a series called “Flip or Flop”. The show is on HGTV, and chronicles the journey of this husband and wife duo as they flip houses. The premise of the show is this; Tarek and Christina find a house that needs some work, they repair it, and see how much money they can make when the sell it. Sometimes they make a handsome profit, and other times, it’s a flop.

Tarek and Christina seminars

Since the shows debut in 2013, it’s consistently been one of HGTV’s top shows. There have been six seasons of the show, with plans to do more. There have also been talks of spin-off series. It’s no secret, Tarek and Christina are huge influences in the real estate world, but it hasn’t always been that way. Before their hit TV show, Tarek and Christina were both real estate agents. When the financial crash of 2008 happened, the couple was in big trouble. Being a real estate agent was no longer a viable option, so they decided to take a risk. The bought an old, distressed property with plans to flip it. The flip took longer than expected, but they made a decent profit, so they decided to do it again. And the rest, they say, is history. Since their hit TV show, Tarek and Christina have started their own real estate company, as well as a real estate seminar.

Tarek and Christina’s seminar is called Real Estate Elevated. This is course they have endorsed, that helps people break into the flipping business. This Tarek and Christina seminar can help you understand the ins and outs of the business, and give you the tools you’ll need to become a success in the house flipping industry. Real Estate Elevated

If you haven't noticed yet, Real Estate Elevated is the real estate seminar led by Tarek & Christina El Moussa. The El Moussa's are the stars of HGTV's Flip or Flop show and are seasoned real estate investors. A married couple with a family, they spend each episode finding houses to flip and then sell for a nice profit. Watching the show, there are some great ideas for design and how to get involved in real estate investing.

However, real estate investing is not something you just get up and do. It involves hard work, determination and knowing where to find the information you need to succeed. The reason Tarek & Christina created the curriculum with Success Path Education is because of the massive amounts of interest that real estate investing gained.

A recent news article from CBS News discussed the dilemma many Americans are facing right now concerning financial issues and why investing money in something viable like real estate investing is a great option for families. Take a look at some of the stats:
  • 60% of Americans would not be able to cover a surprise $500 expense.
  • 21% would have to put a surprise $500 expense on a credit card.
  • 20% said they'd have to cut back on expenses to cover it.
  • 11% said they'd turn to friends and family to cover it.
Even for people making more than $75,000 per year, half said they didn't have $500 saved up to cover a $500 surprise expense!
