Real Estate Elevated Reviews Working With Habitat For Humanity

Real Estate Elevated is very involved with the community. Most recently, Real Estate Elevated worked with the Habitat for Humanity in Houston, Texas. Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit organization that dedicates its time to serving families who need shelter. They seek out families who have homes that are in desperate need of repair, but due to certain circumstances, the family is unable to fix their home. Many of these homes have been destroyed by natural disasters, or are simply getting too old. Habitat for Humanity steps in and empowers these people to take control of their lives and focus their energy on what matters most.

Because Real Estate Elevated has an expertise in remodeling houses, Real Estate Elevated donated $150,000 to Habitat for Humanity. With this money, Habitat for Humanity will be able to repair the homes of three families in Houston, Texas.

Some of these homes were badly damaged from floods and hurricanes in the Houston area. In regards to this project, Real Estate Elevated co-founder and reality star Christina El Moussa said, “A home serves such a special place in the hearts of its residents. Helping to rebuild such a vital part of someone’s livelihood is both a rewarding and special experience.”

Melba Routt is one of the people whose home was repaired with the help of Real Estate Elevated and Habitat for Humanity. Melba is an 86 year-old woman who has seen five generations live in her house. Because of the many floods in Houston, Melba’s home had been badly damaged. Due to Melba’s situation, she could not afford to give her house the repairs it needed. Real Estate Elevated and Habitat for Humanity was able to provide Melba’s home with a new roof, drywall, paint floors and a fence. “Real Estate Elevated’s help means that I will have a wonderful and safe home to enjoy. It means I can smile again in my home,” Melba said. “Their help means people do care about others, perfect strangers, no matter their color or income. Their help means everything to me. I am extremely grateful and thankful.”
